1. Return Policy
We provide a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Also, remember to include all accessories, manuals, and promotional items. We require a proof of purchase, like an order confirmation email or receipt, to proceed with the return.
3. Return Process
Here’s how to initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@rackkayak.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or documents.
- Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping method to send your item back to us. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
We will inspect your returned item upon receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. We process refunds within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to the original payment method used during purchase. Note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as final sale
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
