Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within all 50 U.S. states.
- No International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the United States.
- Restrictions: We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: All orders within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) qualify for free standard shipping.
- Additional Charges: Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur extra shipping fees, calculated at checkout. The total will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted logistics providers such as FedEx and UPS to ensure your chairs are delivered safely and on time.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Transit Time: Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Estimated Delivery Window: Most chairs are delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking Number
- Tracking Link
- Estimated Delivery Date

Delivery Information
- Standard Deliveries: A signature is usually not required, unless the value of the item is high.
- Bulky Deliveries: Oversized or bulk orders (e.g., multiple chairs) may require scheduled delivery with a carrier.
- Failed Attempts: If delivery fails, the carrier will try up to three times. After that, you may need to arrange re-delivery or pick up from their facility.
Shipping Issues
- Lost Packages: If your tracking has not updated or your package hasn’t arrived after 5 business days, contact us at support@rackkayak.com. If confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement.
- Damaged Packages:
- If possible, refuse delivery if damage is visible.
- Contact us within 48 hours to report any damage. We will help arrange a return or replacement.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Change an Order: If your order has not shipped, email us immediately at support@rackkayak.com. We cannot change an order once it’s been shipped.
- Cancel an Order: You may cancel an unshipped order for a full refund. Shipped orders must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
Delays & External Factors
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, occasional delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues may occur. We’ll keep you updated with any changes to your estimated delivery date.
